Doctor discovery, appointment booking and connected care for patients and their families.

OVERVIEW

The Patient Portal is the patient-facing product of the Simplex-Med healthcare suite, alongside the Provider / Doctor App and the Support App. All three work from the same clinic data.

Patients and their families register under family accounts, search for doctors by clinic and specialty, book, cancel and track appointments, and join video consultations with medical documents. Schedules stay synchronized with the clinic through the shared backend, and Redis with Socket.IO keeps availability and notifications live. I led the development team and worked on both the Vue frontend and the Laravel / Apiato backend.
