JUMP CHARGE

Support

Jump Charge is a mobile jumping game for iOS and Android: climb higher, faster and more precisely through 45 levels, unlock heroes, race your own ghost and challenge a friend in a two-player duel on one device. It runs offline and keeps its data on your device. It was made by Vladyslav Sereda.

FAQ

How is my progress saved?

Jump Charge saves your progress automatically on your device as you play. There are no accounts and no cloud sync, so progress is separate on each device and between the browser and the mobile app. Deleting the app removes its saved progress. Your phone may include app data in its own backups, depending on your settings, but I cannot restore progress for you.

How do I back up or move my progress?

Open the Help menu and export your progress. The game creates a JSON file and opens your device’s share menu so you can save it or send it to yourself. On the other device, open the Help menu, choose import and pick that file. Importing replaces the progress on that device, so export first if you want to keep it.

The game froze or keeps closing. What can I do?

Fully close the app and open it again, then restart your device if the problem remains. Make sure Jump Charge and your operating system are up to date and that your device has free storage. If it still happens, email me with the details listed below.

What should I include in a bug report?

Your device model, your OS version (iOS or Android), the game version shown in the App Store or Google Play listing or in your device’s app settings, a short description of what you were doing when the problem happened (for example the level or mode), and a screenshot or screen recording if you can.

What data does the game collect?

The game has no accounts or ads. Progress stays on your device, and optional gameplay statistics are sent only if you answer “Yes” to the one-time question at first launch (you can change it in the Help menu). Read the full details in the Jump Charge Privacy Policy.
