A marketplace connecting German real-estate developers with banks and lenders for project financing. Senior Frontend Engineer, one of two core frontend engineers on the Vue 3 app.
OVERVIEW
hypcloud is a B2B marketplace where German real-estate developers raise project financing from banks and institutional lenders. A borrower files a structured financing request, the platform matches it with lenders and tracks the deal on a board.
I was a Senior Frontend Engineer and one of two core frontend engineers on the Vue 3 application, working with TypeScript, Pinia, Apollo GraphQL and Vitest. The product is bilingual (English and German) and runs as white-label instances for partner banks, with a secure data room for documents and side-by-side comparison of loan offers.
